Read an example on the mixture of e-learning with other teaching methods:

• The course starts with e-learning, e.g. a CBT or WBT, to test and supplement the knowledge of the participants.
• This e-training ends with a final exam which is at the same time the qualification to participate in a workshop. The workshop will be more effective because all participants should have the same level of knowledge. More time can be spend for practical exercises, interactions and discussion of concrete problems.
• After the training, when the participants transfer their knowledge to daily work, they can stay in contact with each other and with the tutor electronically (for examples Whiteboard with moderation). Furthermore, they can be provided with more information, look up seminar documents, and renew or deepen their knowledge.
