At the beginning, the requirements for a product manager are presented through the description of a job-offer. This opening creates an easy access for the target group (recruits with previous studies in economy, member of middle and higher management, newcomers from other company departements).

Complex market relations, internal planning procedures, development and marketing strategies are explained at a text level and by means of graphic visualization.

Most of the graphics are animated to help increase comprehension. They are built up in a way that is immediately understandable to the viewer or can be assembled by him from the provided components.

The learning success is calculated through the time used and the percentage of successfully completed task. These tasks consit of multiple-choice questions, gap-filling exercises, moving diagrams etc. The evaluation is perfromed automatically.


The duration of the WBT is approximately 2 hours. The content is structured in 7 main chapters, 25 sub-chapters and 75 short modules. Additionally, the program gives you the choice of downloading a variety of check lists. At the beginning of every chapter the learning objectives are explained through key words. At the end of the chapter there is a summary which reviews its main ideas.
