Training is targeted at the company's semi-skilled staff. They have to get to know the fundamentals of a sophisticated device, to understand the production process, to control the individual steps for use and to be able to correct simple errors.

Five types of learning are used: motion picture (video), fixed image (photo), diagram/pattern (static and animated), spoken text, written text. All 5 types of learning are usually available to the user, who can select its preferential learning strategy.

The combination of real video and photographs with schematic demonstration describe in detail the production process and focus the attention on the key parts. The user becomes motivated, among other things, by an appealing graphic organization and by explorative learning ("Find the error ...").
